About the Program
The M.Tech. Program is designed to
encourage future professionals to
equip themselves with the latest tools
and techniques in the field of Science and
Technology. Program has been structured
so as to identify and understand the
commonality as well as the divergence
amongst them.

Admission Process:
- Admission is based on Merit and Personal Interview. Award of Degree:
- Students who successfully complete the program will be awarded M.Tech. degree in respective discipline from The ICFAI University, Raipur, subject to University regulations.

Eligibility
- Pass in B.Tech./ BE in respective discipline or equivalent with 50% and above aggregate marks.

Program Structure
There are 4 semesters spread over two years. The University follows a Creditbased semester system of teaching, learning and evaluation. The program consists of 8 discipline courses and 5 discipline electives along with mathematical course, seminar and dissertation. Students are also required to deliver seminars and pursue M.Tech. Dissertation / Internship.
