Prof. (Dr.) Shiv Dayal Pandey, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of The ICFAI University, Raipur, along with Registrar Dr. Manish Upadhyay, had a formal meeting with Hon’ble Governor of Chhattisgarh, Shri Ramen Deka.
